— mutant, cosmic manipulation
— when she was eight years old caelan's powers activated and in a moment of fear she erased her entire town from existence. her friends, family, everyone was dead. caelan went into a catatonic state as she wasn't able to fully grasp what had happened. she was picked up by a government organization and brought to a facility where she was experimented on and used as a weapon. around the time she turned 18 she was dumped by them and her powers no longer work. she doesn't know if they just stopped working or if they did something to her and she doesn't really care. caelan wants nothing to do with her powers.
— as far as she knows she can only use her powers to manipulate/destroy things she is in the vicinity of (she thus far hasn't been able to create or use her powers for anything she'd consider good).
— usually homeless, steals and does what has to in order to survive
— drug addict, alcoholic, party girl - anything to numb her pain and keep her distracted from all the guilt she feels.
— miserable
— girls just wanna have ~fun
— she rarely gets close to people but those she cares about she is fiercely loyal too even if she doesn't think she deserves them and will likely try to self sabotage things.
