- Caelan is a mutant with the powers to cause damage and manipulation at a near cosmic level. She can destroy things she is in near and even erase them from memory. A drawback of her powers is that while she can destroy almost anything it affects her and she feels that destruction as if it was happening to herself often causing her physical harm.
- When she was 8 years old her powers were triggered causing her to destroy her entire small town, killing everyone in it including her family. The destruction of her town coupled with the realization of what she had done caused her to go into a catatonic state.
- Caelan was later picked up by Trask Industries. She spent several years being held in a lab where they performed experiments on her. They would often push the limits of Caelan's powers which caused her to nearly die several times. She was often drugged in order to make her easier to control. As she got older she was sent on missions for Trask where she was sent on assassination or to do other various means of destruction.
- Around the time Caelan turned 18 something happened to her powers that caused them to stop working and she was ordered to be terminated. Rather than kill her a sympathetic scientist at Trask helped Caelan to escape. However, this still left Caelan alone and with the realization of all the horrible things she had endured and been forced to do with no real way to navigate them. She turned to drugs, alcohol and partying. Doing anything she could to chase a temporary high to bring relief to how she felt.
- At some point she was tracked down and captured by a group of radicalized mutants who tried to force her powers to come back through torture so she could use them against humans.
- Has spent the last several years moving across the country, never staying in one place for too long for fear of getting caught.
- Has had run-ins with the Mutant Underground but has no interest in joining their "cause."
- At one point Caelan considered taking her own life. But decided against it because she feels living is her punishment for all the lives she has destroyed.

- totally down to have caelan have had run-ins with canon characters in her past (i just didn't put it in her history so it's something we could work out together).
- actual positive interactions with humans and mutants
- anyone who is willing to stick around past her party-girl antics and try to help her
- her actually joining the mutant underground or even the hellfire club
- getting her powers back
- learning how she can use her destructive powers for good
- for shipping: m/f and f/f it will take a lot of build-up and trust on caelan's part and even then she'll be hesitant about any type of physical intimacy. but pls come and love this girl she needs it desperately.
